The Cuvenee

If you've ever wanted to try a premium wine without having to pay the price of a full bottle, now's your chance! 

The cuvenee allows us to serve 2-ounce pours of premium wines like Opus One and Silver Oak by the glass at very affordable prices.  The cuvenee system operates on nitrogen gas, allowing us to keep the wines free from oxygen and prevent oxidation (wines from going bad).  We maintain these wines at a the perfect cellar temperature of 55 degrees.
