These are a few of our personal favorite dishes, offered as tapas, or small plates ideal as a savory portion for one. We believe that multiple small plates is a fun alternative to the typical dinner out. We hope that you enjoy these dishes as much as we do!

Beer Cheese Soup - Three cheeses blended with sautéed shallot, finished with cream and a bottle of our Rogue Dead Guy Ale.  The cup is served with a piece of warmed pretzel bread.

Tomato-Basil Bruschetta – Sliced tomatoes topped with fresh basil leaf, garlic infused olive oil, served over thick grilled French bread and finished with balsamic vinegar reduction.

The W.G. Salad -Fresh spring greens with house made croutons, toasted pine nuts, shaved parmesan cheese and Chef Scott's Dijon- shallot vinaigrette.

Spring Basket – A basket made of sautéed parmesan cheese you can eat, filled with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese topped with olive oil drizzle and balsamic vinegar reduction.

Olive Tapenade & Hummus – Olive tapenade served with a black bean, roasted garlic and sun-dried tomato hummus plated with two grilled flatbreads.

Margherita Pizza – 12” Margherita flatbread pizza prepared with mozzarella, whole pealed tomatoes, garlic, chiffonade of basil and finished with grated Romano cheese and olive oil drizzle.

Bread Plate – A plate of warm French bread, Felisiana Italian first press Italian olive oil, Kalamata and Spanish olives with julienne roasted red peppers.

Tuna – Sautéed tuna steak served atop chilled Asian noodles seasoned with a peanut hosing sauce and micro green garnish.

Salmon –A teriyaki marinated Salmon steak grilled and served atop a wedge of potato a gratin then finished with a corn relish and honey pesto drizzle.

Tilapia – Sautéed walnut crusted Tilapia served on an asparagus slaw, plated with a tomato caper buer blanc pan sauce.

Cajun Scallops – Spicy scallops served with candied walnuts and crumbled bleu cheese, then finished with a raspberry sweet and sour sauce.

Lump Crab Cake – A homemade lump (and we mean lump!) crab cake served with a tabbouleh salad and finished with a plum/wasabi sauce.

Grilled Top Shoulder Steak - Grilled Caribbean-marinated shoulder steak sliced thin and served with a Wild Mushroom Risotto cake and finished with a roasted red pepper drizzle.

Grilled Lollypop Lamb Chops – Craig & Laura’s favorite recipe from Jamaica, grilled “marinated” lollypop lamb chops served atop a tomato chickpea salad and finished with a dried cherry demi. Marinade includes: (Honey, Balsamic Vinegar, Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic, , Salt and Pepper.

Ravioli - Mascarpone ravioli with sun dried tomato served with grilled French bread and plated with our sage butter cream sauce.

Pan Seared Duck Breast – Pan seared orange tea marinated duck breast, served with a pan fried white cheddar cheese grit cakes and finished with a blackberry coulis.

Greek Chicken – Sautéed chicken breast served with Kalamata olives, feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes and spinach, plated on a volute sauce and a sun-dried tomato drizzle.

Chicken Marsala – Sautéed chicken breast dusted with seasoned flour, plated with a Marsala wine, mushrooms and chicken stock reduction.  Plated on a bed of thyme seared sliced potatoes finished in a butter cream.

Crème Brule - A Crème Brule flavored with a 10-year-old Feist tawny port, brings this custard dessert a new but rich flavor you’ve never had. Creamy tastes with a nutty caramel flavor.  $3.99

 

Cheesecake - Two slices of Chef's weekly cheesecake served for that just right sized sweet finish to a great meal.  $3.99

 

Chocolate Mousse - A rich Chocolate Mousse flavored with a 12 year old Cognac and Sauterne blended French dessert wine, served in a champagne glass and topped with a chocolate filled straw cookie. $3.99
